Searching for content excluding certain keywords

Is it possible to use DEVONthink search to search for specific keywords but exclude other? What I mean is, as an example, let’s say, from a bunch of insurance policy documents under a group, I’d like to find all documents in a category that contains the word member but exclude those documents that also contain the word aviva from the result.

Since you’re searching for content, you should start by using the text: search prefix, so text:member. For the exclusion, you can use either ! or -, e.g., text:member -aviva.
