Send message to Devonthink script

I am using DevonthinkPro Office 2.11.3
I need to setup an ActOn rule in my email to send messages to devonthink and next move them in a particular mailbox.
I have been trying to use the “send message(s) and Attachemnt(s) to Devonthink” script.
I keep getting an error message saying that “no database is in use”.

In devonthink the import flag is set to INBOX, I tried a variety of situations, but I keep getting the same error message.
Anybody knows what I can do?
