Share Button | Unable to Find Teams and Other Apps in Share Menu

When viewing a PDF and selecting the Share button, I only see a limited number of apps available for sharing (Outlook, Messages, Files, etc.).
I was expecting to see more suggested apps, especially Microsoft Teams, but it doesn’t appear in the list. Is there a way to add additional apps to the share sheet, or am I overlooking something obvious?

The sharing menu is, as far as I know, controlled by macOS. Maybe this helps:
