Shortcut for going navigating between "panes/window"

Hi, im currently using shift+ctrl+tab x4 in macro to type my content after naming my file.

Im hoping for some easier keyboard navigation between panes/windows. Thank u.

When are you using this and why are you using Shift-Control-Tab?

Hi,
If i dont shift-control-tab, After creating a new templated rtf file, I have to reach for my mouse and click the “editor” pane and start typing. I usually have many small rtf for thoughts and small snippets of info.
