Shortcut stopped working after update

A shortcut in Shortcuts.app stopped working after the latest DTTG update, with error: “Could Not Run Create Item - This action requires a valid subscription or one-time purchase”.

Here’s a capture of a test shortcut:

After reinstalling DTTG the shortcut worked. But after I synced everything it stopped working again. What can I do?

It’s caused by a bug in 3.8.15 so there’s nothing you can do but wait for Apple to approve 3.8.16.
