Shortcut to add to DT

I often go through my email on my iPad and share/send attachments to DevonthinkToGo Global Inbox using the share sheet. I tag items with a tag that sends them to the correct database inbox once they are sync to DT on my MacBook using a smart rule.

Adding the tag is a few key presses (select tag on the DTTG share, add the tag, select done).

I wondered if it is possible to create a Shortcut in the share sheet to automate this? For example: Shortcut “To test” comes up in the share sheet. On selection sends item to DTTG with tag “test” set. Looking through the DTTG Shortcuts I can’t find anything that fits.

I have looked through the forum and I can’t get any of the shortcut suggestions to work. I looked at the “Photos to DTTG” but this is only seem to be for photos not any file I want to share.

You need to provide the File and UTI. The UTI will vary depending on the type of file.

I just want it to use the file that I am sharing (which will be different every time). How do I set the file and UTI from the file that is being displayed when I select share and then the shortcut? Thanks

I get that but you’re also talking about mobile automation which is sadly lacking in many ways. I don’t have an answer at this point.

It’s sufficient to use the share sheet input as File parameter. UTI is not needed, I think.
