size of image in RTF

Is there any way to control size of images in RTF files? Using DevonThink Pro 1.1. I drag the photos, pictures, images in from iPhoto. Some of them expand to width of the window, some of them don’t (even though they claim to have same pixel dimensions in get info). But there seems to be no control over the sizing of the photos.

The default behaviour of the text engine of Mac OS X is to use the resolution (DPI). Although your images have the same pixel dimensions, the resolution is probably different.
