This shortcut is having conflict with macOS Sleep shortcut. Sometimes, it goes into Sleep; sometimes, it update items.

How can I avoid this conflict?

By redefining one or the other shortcut, I guess

Or by using a tool like BetterTouchTool that allows to set application-specific shortcuts.

What is the conflict? What shortcut do you use to sleep the machine?

The following gives the macOS shortcuts, and as far as I can see there is no conflict.

That is not the default shortcut for sleeping a Mac.

My bad. I forgot that I have defined an App keyboard shortcut (Option+Command+S) for Sleep.

Will remove it to avoid the conflict.

With rectangle, keyboard maestro and App keyboard shortcut, sometimes I forgot that I have used the same keyboard shortcut in two different app.
