Smart group - empty title or author

I thought this query would be an easy one, but for some reason I can’t get it done.
what am I missing?
I want to create a smart group for all items witch does not have title or author in their meta data fields.

This works for me - the smart group contains all items which have no data in both the Title and Author fields.
