Smart Group for all Scanned Documents

I am currently looking at the Creator Field and looking for the word ScanSnap to identify scanned documents. But I am not sure this is the most reliable way - I have scans going back to at least 2008. I tried to create a group using the Kind field but my only option is PDF not PDF+Text..

Is there a reliable way to create a smart group that identifies all scans?

PDF+Text documents are PDF documents too but having a word count > 0. See e.g. Data > New from Template > Smart Groups > PDFs (not searchable)
