Smart Groups: finding files containing highlighted text

I’m wondering whether it’s possible to have a Smart Group look for all files containing any text highlighted in Magenta (for example)?

Looking through the Smart Group criteria, it looks like the answer is No, but I thought I should check here in case I’m missing a trick.

No, this isn’t possible as colors aren’t indexed.
