Smart Rule - can't figure out which one

I cannot figure out which smart rule this is. Every time I click on a note in my inbox, this comes up. Please let me know your thoughts, and thank you

I seem to remember a similar question here from some time ago. I can’t search for it right now, but perhaps using Trickster as search term helps?
