Smart rule for bookmark "server with specified hostname could not be found"

It is possible to create a smart rule to tag all bookmarks that have the message “a server with the especified hostname could not be found”

When the bookmark has the answer above, it would automatically be marked with a certain tag

Because I have a lot of saved links and some smart rules crash when they find this answer

If you are experiencing actual crashes, you should be reporting that to our support ticket system. Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket. In this case, also drag and drop some problematic bookmarks to a folder on your desktop, compress it, and send that along as well.
