  • Is it possible to sort the list of smart rules? I tried selecting the list of smart rules and then used the context menu sort but that has no effect.
  • Is there a way to attach a note for explanation purposes to a smart rule?

  • There isn’t a built-in sort option for smart rules. However, you can drag and drop to manually order them.
  • No, there is no such option at this time. First request of it’s kind but an interesting idea. You can Control-click a smart rule and copy its item link. This could be put into a rich text, formatted note, or Markdown document where you could also add some descriptive language.
