Smart Rule to move file On Import not working

I created a SmartRule to look for the import of a document, a PDF+Text, into the inbox. Where it contains certain text and arrives in the inbox today, the item is moved to another group.

The mechanism by which the item is “imported” into DTPro is as follows: In a third party iOS app, I share the PDF to DTTG’s Inbox. I then perform a sync to have the file appear in DTPro.

What happens is that the file (PDF+Text) appears in DTPro but on “import” it is not moved.

I have run a convert to plain text on the PDF and have confirmed the text appears as per the Content criteria in the SmartRule.

Ok. It works after changing On Import to After Synchronisation.

Events are only locally triggered, e.g. importing on another device doesn’t trigger On Import
