Hi, in smart rules i needed an event “on labeling” ( “on tagging” is supported).

Or, if we could depict a custom metadata rich text field as rich text, then that would become the equivalent of a superpowered label field. (Yes, yes, I know you can mess up the view if you were to go to extremes that way - let the users be responsible for that, just like with scripting.)

I find the number of permitted labels and the lack of ability to have more than 1 label per record to be limiting. The above would fix that entirely.
