[Solved] 3.9.5 beach-balling whenever activated

Since installing DT 3.9.5 (on an Intel MacBook Pro with Sonoma 14.3.1), I see DT beach-balling whenever it’s put into the foreground. Activity monitor shows DT to eat about 100% CPU.

It’s not supposed to be doing anything. Interestingly, the problem went away after I disabled a smart rule that was set to run “Manually” anyway (and I hadn’t run it, at least not intentionally). Nope, that didn’t work.

A sample would be useful.

I’m doing a spindump – is that what you need?

Problem resolved: I’d send a huge message to DT’s log window.
