(solved) Inbox not up to date

When using the SHARE mechanism within MacOS or iOS (e.g. from Safari) the respective documents are copied to the global inbox within DEVONthink. However, after some time (usually hours after the last start of DEVONthink on my Mac), I recognize that documents in the Inbox are visible via Finder but not visible within DEVONthink. I then restart DEVONthink and everything is working fine.
Are there any ideas about that behaviour???

Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket.
