Hello, I am a Chinese user. I just learned about Devonthink a few days ago and I plan to buy Devonthink to Go in the Appstore. But I noticed in the software update that Version3.0 is coming.
Should I buy now or wait until Devonthink to Go3.0 is available? I’m also worried if I don’t buy it now, will the price go up when version 3.0 comes online? Can I upgrade to 3.0 for free if I buy it now?
PS:Hope the software language can add Chinese！！！

On the linked page all headings use capital letters except this one When It’s Time to Talk. Not sure whether that’s intended. At least I learned that there‘s no universal standard for title case
Words like “to”, “and”, or “the” are usually not capitalized in title case. But, of course, there are as many opinions about that as there are writers and editors. 
See the New York Times for a prominent confirmation of that approach. That publication includes, for example, a piece titled How to Take a Walk. Food for thought there, btw. Just not quite sure what I’m eating.
