I have the following suggestions, for what they are worth:
- “Stricter recognition of duplicates” option should consider non-matching metadata.
- Allow view settings per group.
- Allow search view settings per database (if I restrict a search to a database), or group.
- Smart rule trigger for changed metadata.
- Metadata per database, not global (if I copy a record with given Metadata item to a different database without that metadata field, pop up a confirmation warning asking if I want to create it or not for the destination).
