Sorter Error

Hi

I keep getting the error shown in the pic. I am using DTPRO v. 2.8.4. I have been using DT for several years and I have not seen this. It occurs when I drag a file off the desktop to the sorter inbox. I am still on 10.9.5… Is that the problem?

Does the problem persist if you reboot?

yes, rebooting the computer fixes the problem
