Sorter Note Keyboard shortcut in Safari

I have not been able to figure out how to change the following behavior:

Command-d, in Safari, not only brings up a new Bookmark I want to save, it also brings up DTPro’s Note window (always behind the bookmark dialogue).

I have changed the Sorter keyboard shortcut to Command-Shift-D, but the Note window continues to come up when I’m working in Safari.

What am I missing?

I can’t replicate that here. Anyone else see such behavior?

Is the Sorter opened by this shortcut or is DEVONthink’s Safari extension displayed? Could you post a screenshot? Thanks!
