Split PDF by chapter

Im really impressed by the Split PDF > into chapters feature. But I wonder: Is there way to do exactly the same but where I choose which chapter(s) to “extract” to its own file(s)?

Maybe there is an existing script? Or maybe someone could point me in the direction of how to create one?

Sorry but no, there is no function nor script to split out a specific chapter in a PDF.

Only by scripting the PDFkit framework on your own but this would be a major task.
