Still cannot run DT 4

I paid for the update. I never received any product key.

DT 4 now insists on product key every time I try to run it, but I have no key to provide.

Also, Beta 2 was announced on our blog. Download the 4.0 beta 2 release manually from our Downloads page and overwrite the version of the application you have installed. Only overwrite the application. Do not run any uninstaller applications.

I looked up the license information. There is a license key. When I try to enter it for DT 4, it says that it is an invalid key - its a key for version 3.

I’ll repeat - I did not get a license key for version 4. It was not redirected to a spam folder.

Open a support ticket with Sales.

FWIW, I have the same problem. Beta 1 was working fine until end of last week, today it wants registration info and then does not accept the license key that is in my account and which worked correctly before.

And a quick followup: do I seriously require a third DT account for the support center system you linked to? I thought two was a bit excessive, but this system does not accept either of my two existing logins.

Final follow-up from me: I got lucky! When I manually installed beta 2 over beta 1, the problem went away. Seems strange, but I have work to do so I don’t care :wink:
