I’m not sure this is a DT issue but I believe it is for two reasons. First it started soon after I moved from DT3 to DT4Beta. Secondly both of the files in the error are files I dropped into the DT Inbox. The errors will come up randomly. I may see two for a few hours or wake up and overnight there are a dozen cascaded across the screen. Any ideas? Debugging thoughts? More info I can provide?
Do you by any chance have both DT3 and the DT4 beta available in your Applications folder?

Yes for a short while. Since deleted it.
I did not read that right away. Once I did (some time ago). I deleted it. Could DT3 have been run in that time. If so not intentionally but the interface is identical between 3 and 4 I could have very well run 3 as I use Alfred to launch apps and it I could have launched 3 thinking I was running 4. Definitely DT related now. Just dropped a PDF into the Inbox and the cascade of errors started again. Generating ticket…
