These are just the default smart rules and not scheduled by default. Unfortunately it’s still unclear what’s causing this, maybe a screenrecording showing the issue could help.
finally got around to doing a screen recording… here you can see I’m trying several times to name the group, but i keep getting booted out of edit mode. as I mentioned happens on both computers (desktop and laptop) if that helps any. Can one not upload movies? Here’s a link w/ the same file as .mov & .mp4
