Stuck with a deleted database: how do I delete it from iCloud?

Greetings,
I’ve deleted a database from my Mac, iPhone and iPad, but it still shows up among the remote databases.
The issue is: I can’t find a way to clean up iCloud, as you can see from the screenshot (the database is the 2. Area of Responsibilities).

Any suggestion to permanently from my iCloud and everywhere else?

Look at your screen capture. It shows a sync is currently active, inhibiting cleaning the database. Wait until it’s finished.
