Just wondering is Black Friday offer also applicable to app store. Im trying to purchase as one off payment and price is still £ 39.99?

Thank you Bluefrog Yes that why it confused me, as when Im buying is still 39.99, may fact that I evaluated 1 month trial is causing it?? Strange

The trial shouldn’t have anything to do with it.
It could be the discounted price isn’t shown until later in the purchase. @eboehnisch would know better than I on this.
I don’t think it’s to do with the trial, because it shows as £39.99 in the UK store for me as well, and I already own it. It may be to do with the fact that it’s an IAP; Apple have historically made a complete bobbins-up of IAP discount application, and I’m not sure even now that it’s been resolved, and if so at what stage in the purchase process the discount is applied.
Happy BF customer here after ponying up for an extra seat for DT Server, which I thought would cost me an arm and both legs, but is sweet-spot priced to make the 25% discount win out over the 20% UK VAT…

In the UK, the regular price is GBP 49.99 and 39.99 is the reduced price. In the UK, VAT is added on top and currency “adjustments”, whatever Apple thinks it needs to add.
I was thinking that £39.99 sounded like a bargain! I would run, not walk, to take advantage…
