My upgrade from DEVONthink3 to DEVONthink 4.0.1 went without problems: I simply deleted DEVONthink 3 (in the applications folder) and installed DEVONthink 4. Afterwards DEVONthink worked exactly as expected. Nothing else to be done. Great work, Devontechnologies!
