WIth the summarize highlights feature it currently provides the highlight with a linked page # above it.

When you have pages with several highlights, this gets redundant.
FEATURE REQUEST:
Move the link for the page into the actual text, rather than a linked page number:
This would make it harder to parse Summarize Highlights Text via script and it would turn text color into blue (assuming one doesn’t use CSS).
A better approach might be to decrease the header level.
Hmm okay. Maybe it could be a similar, but distinct function? Seems as though the core functionality exists already. Being able to have a 1:1 highlight:link function would be great for those with a highlight PDF → text summary workflow.
