I have never been able to get the email address correctly installed in the SUPPORT ASSISTANT, so that I am able to rec’v the Newsletters. Where do I go to insure that I have opted-in and my email address is in your database?
I have submitted this issue before but, I am unable to get the videos to play from the SUPPORT ASSISTANT. I was told that maybe my FLASH needed to be updated (I did that) and then I was told to reinstall DT2 (I did that too!). It has not solved this problem when, I originally bought DT2 everything worked. Something has changed. I fear it could be on my end which, I thought the reinstall would solve.
