I raised a support ticket 48 hrs ago, which remains unanswered by the developers.

What’s the usual turn-around time for a support ticket response?

What’s the number of the ticket? On workdays the response time should be usually 0-48hours (except right after a huge release like DEVONthink/note 2.0 :slight_smile:)
