I have a working setup to sync annotations made in iBooks on any device to DT.

What I currently do is, once I’ve finished a book, I send the annotations by email from the macOS iBooks version, and then import that email in DTPO.

Could be interesting have an easy way to do it.

Sorry, I didn’t visit the forums in a while.

For now, may I just point you to this Git repo: github.com/itst/ibooks-highlights

It’s a Python script that reads the iBook database (SQLite) and outputs the annotations as Markdown.

Make sure to open the iBooks app on your Mac to sync annotations from iCloud before running the script.
