Sync count

Hi, have replicated an email group under the sync group to allow me to put these on an iPad.

I have synced to the iPad yet the number for the sync group is behind the total count ! Am I missing something ? See attachment.

According to the screenshot, the Sync group contains only the AllMail group containing 6789 items and therefore the number (6789+1) is IMHO correct.
