Sync has stopped working entirely

Hi, sync has stopped working today. I have not received any error messages but neither my iPhone, my macbook at home or my macbook at work syncs. I sync via iCloud. When I look at the list of syncronisations at the macbooks and the iphone it all seems ok. Date and time are updated, but no new files appear on the other devices, and no file updates are carried out across the devices.

I have DEVONthink to go Version 3.7.7 running on and iPhone 13 pro running iOS 17.1. On the Macbooks I have DEVONthink 3.9.4 on Sonoma 14.1. One is a MacBook pro 13 inch 2019 model the other a Macbook pro 14 inch.

Apple icloud is unreliable with no “knobs” to turn to make it work. Apparently for you too. see many reports here. Bonjour reliable and quick. I also use Dropbox and it works.

This should be reported to our support ticket system. Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket.
