My global inbox has stopped properly synching between mac, ipad, iphone, all running latest OS and Devonthink. I tried cleaning the sync store on the mac, but this has no effect on the ios devices, which have many items in their global inbox I moved out long ago. What is the next step I should take?
- What is reported in Window > Log?
- After the clean, did you enable the databases to sync again?

In addition to @Bluefrog’s question, which sync method are you using?
Third question: after running the sync of the cleaned store on each device (and assuming it didn’t work), have you tried running verify & repair on each device database affected?

Ah thanks Jim that was the problem, I hadn’t re-enabled after the sync (using Cloudkit). All working well now. And thanks to @rmschne and @MsLogica for your suggestions.
