I tried DT3 and synced my databases with my Dropbox SyncStores. After this syncing databases with DT2 on two computers does not work any longer. What can I do?
It is **not ** wise to mix your DEVONthink 2 and 3 data. It is best to run 3 on a separate macOS account with test data or copies of data.
I suggest you remove the DEVONthink 3 application then go into your Dropbox account online and remove DEVONthink Sync from Settings > Connected Apps. Afterwards open DEVONthink 2 and select the Dropbox sync location. It should prompt you to authenticate access to Dropbox. Then see if it behaves as expected.
