Sync not working on Dropbox

I have two MacBook laptops. Both have devonthink on them. I try to sync from one to the other and nothing happens. The log shows absolutely nothing. I have sync on “every 30 mins” in preferences. I’m not sure where else to look for the issue

Have you set up the sync location and enabled the databases to sync in that location?

yes, and it used to work. I’m not sure what changed

is there a way to check on the web, what devonthink believes is the latest version?
