Sync preference pane icon show, but no pane

I installed the Sync plugin (per the ReadMe instructions in the zip file).
When I go to my DEVONthink preferences, I see the Sync icon, but when I click on it, it does not bring up the actual pane.

Anyone have an idea what’s going on?

I am running the latest 10.8.2, latest DEVONthink (just purchases the license this morning!).

Yup, wish this was a sticky post, or release the 64-bit plug-in so that this will not be a problem. See Sync pane broken
