Sync seems to be stuck on 10 July

My iPad does not update from the Dropbox sync location. All other devices do. Sync seems to be stuck on 10 July (but I took the screenshot yesterday 22 July).

How can I fix this?

In DEVONthink, hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket.
