Syncing DDTG without wifi

Hello all,

I am looking for a way to manually sync my laptop, which has DEVONthink Pro Office, with my ipad. I am in South America, using DEVONthink to collect data for a research project. Bringing an ipad to research sites is much safer than bringing a computer, but I cannot figure out how to sync my data, as snappy wifi can be hard to come by. Is there a way to sync using a cord?

No way to sync with a cord, but it is easy enough to create an ad hoc network on your Mac. Google ‘ad hoc network Mac’ or click on the link below for a site that walks you through the process step-by-step.
