I have noticed that my Reading List does not always sync fully. I have not yet determined a particular pattern as to when it does or does not. Has anyone else noticed this?
Actually the reading list (just like other global items like favorites) isn’t synchronized at all so far.
I noticed the same recently and I wonder if this is still the case. For now I am using Flag as a workaround.
Please clarify what “same” is.

Which devices actually and what kind of sync location do you use?
from Mac to iPhone and iPad. The sync location I’m using is a WebDAV.
Favorites aren’t synchronized yet. Did you enable the optional “Reading List” global smart group on the iPhone/iPad?
