Syncing question drobpox

Hello,

I have Devonthink Pro 3 & DTTG. My DTTG is not showing all the files when I sync (everything is synced on dropbox). Some subgroups are simply missing.

The Devonthink database is running out of dropbox, but some of the files I have stored on my desktop & dragged into Devonthink. Could that be an explanation why the files are not syncing?

Would a quick fix be to take the groups that are in my database and drop them into a new folder in dropbox, then copy that back into Devonthink?

It’s unclear what’s actually happening, so I’d say no.

  • Is this a new sync?
  • Is anything reported in DEVONthink’s Window > Log?
  • Are you indexing files or importing them?
