Hi folks, I have DT pro office on a desktop imac and a relatively new macbook pro. Both running the latest DT pro office. I had a bunch of item 20+ in my inbox which I moved to various databases and folders on the imac. For some reason they didn’t get moved when viewed in DT on the laptop. If I tried to move the item on the laptop to the correct folder then it complains that an item with the same UUID already exists. There are also now 5 new items in the inbox on the desktop which don’t show up at all on the laptop. Syncing always work in the past. What’s the best way to get it back on track? I have restarted DT on both machines and forced a sync from the Sync preferences on both machines.
