Not sure if this is a bug in DTTG, but if you share a document or text the bottom of the screen to enter tags is visible:
But if you share a photo (this was from an email), the tag part is not visible - it is there, but you have to scroll down:

I’m not seeing an issue. How are you sharing the file?
Image was in an email. Clicked on it (so it displayed/previewed fullscreen) then at top right tapped the share and then selected DEVONthink. I can reproduce this and it has happened before. Screen sequence (just done again):
If you scroll down, the tabs bit is there only not initially visible.

I couldn’t reproduce it exactly as you described, but I did notice an odd behavior. I will let mobile development know.
