All you can do for now, at least that I have found, is to select the files and replicate them to the ‘Tags>tag to be added’ group. This assumes that the tag already exists. My understanding is that this will be much easier to do in the release version.
Edited: I deleted my previous posting – The link provided gerber in the post following mine has a link to a script that acoyne wrote that is much better than the one I had previously posted. Good work.
