My Scansnap is hopefully going to arrive in a few hours and I am hoping to try out DTP Office. I am currently using DTP. In order to try out Pro Office should I just download a trial version and run it concurrently to my already existing Pro version or will it replace my Pro version? Thanks.
The best thing is to archive your existing copy of DEVONthink Pro and then install Office. That way there will be no conflicts between the two with regards to scripting, Automator, opening files etc. The databases are completely compatible.

Do you mean to right-click on the application of DTP and select “create archive” from the applications folder? Would I then delete DTP and then install DTP Office?
Exactly, or move the old application out of the Applications folder (that would work as well).
