TeXShop, Automation and System Preferences crash

I’ve installed DEVONSphere and gave DEVONSphere access to TexShop. After a two days I found that BibTex is not working anymore, suspecting DEVONSphere might be the reason.
When trying to disable DEVONSpheres Automation on TexShop the System Preferences dialog (Security & Privacy / Automation) crashes with " Preferences Error: There was an error in Security & Privacy preferences."

I’m working with macOS 10.15.4 (19E287) and the current MacTex 2020 distribution. The error also occurred with the MacTeX 2019 distribution.

DEVONsphere Express does not modify any files/folders, it only uses its own folder ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONsphere Express for the index.
