TextLightning Not Available

For some reason, the TextLightning option in the PDF preferences is not available (it is grey and not clickable). When in Finder, the TextLightning Service appears in the Services menu–any ideas as to what the problem may be?

EDIT: (I should say that I’m using DT Pro 1.0, and I am in the trial period still…)

TextLightning is not well supported in recent versions of OS X.

Now that PDFKit is available, I would recommend using it.
