Today, I updated some files. I reviewed those files in DTG, but DTG did not refresh. I opened DT and checked the Sync setting in preferences; there are no options in the Sync。 I don’t know what happened. Please see the screenshot below. I don’t want to reinstall. Please help me, how to address this issue ASAP

First, reinstallation of this or most any app is not the first step and is unlikely to fix anything.
Second, try quitting DEVONthink, then start again. If that doesn’t clear the issue, then shut-down the Mac and restart.
If that doesn’t clear the issue, report back here with macOS version, DEVONthink version, and the exact (full path) where your database is stored on your Mac.
Actually in this case a reinstallation (by downloading the app from our website and replacing the installed one) should actually fix the issue.

Most likely broken code signature (and a valid one is required for e.g. iCloud services, firewall etc.).
Yes, I have tried to reopen DT and restart my Mac multiple times, but the problem persists.
I find that the Sync is working because the files are already refreshed in DTG. But there are no options in the Sync Settings.
